Welcome to Sewyers. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our Services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Product Variations & Manufacturing

 Handmade Beadwork: As we specialize in handcrafted jewelry, you acknowledge that small variations in shape, color, symmetry, and size are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

 Apparel (Printify): Apparel items are produced and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printify. Because these items are made-to-order, specific production and shipping timelines apply as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

 Photography: While we strive for accuracy, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor or screen settings.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages resulting from incorrect address entries provided by the customer at checkout.

5. Products, Pricing & International Duties

 Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 DDP Shipping (Jewelry): For handmade jewelry orders shipped to the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

 Apparel Duties: Please note that apparel items fulfilled via Printify may be subject to additional customs, duties, or import fees depending on the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 Exclusivity: Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

6. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. A $2.00 handling fee is included in all handmade jewelry shipping rates to cover the cost of specialized protective packaging and insurance. Sewyers is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance processes.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Additionally, we utilize Printify as a production and fulfillment partner for our apparel collections. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of materials from these third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as jewelry designs, logos, images, and branding—is the property of Sewyers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of our work without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (d) to harass, abuse, or harm.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Sewyers does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall Sewyers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
