1. Online Store Terms

3. Handmade Goods & Natural Variations

Sewyers specializes in handcrafted beadwork and jewelry. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Uniqueness: Small variations in shape, color, symmetry, and size are inherent to the handmade process.

• Photography: While we strive for accuracy in our photos, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor or screen settings.

• Non-Defects: These natural variations and slight differences from product photos are a mark of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages resulting from incorrect address entries provided by the customer at checkout.

5. Products, Pricing & International Duties

• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• International Duties & Taxes (DDP): For orders shipped to the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This "Delivered Duty Paid" service is provided to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

• Finality of Duties: Once an order is processed, duties and taxes paid to government authorities are non-refundable, even in the event of a returned package.

• Exclusivity: Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

6. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. A $2.00 handling fee is included in all shipping rates to cover the cost of specialized protective packaging and insurance for handmade items. Sewyers is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes. Not all packages include step-by-step tracking

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as jewelry designs, logos, images, and branding—is the property of Sewyers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of our work without express written permission.

In no case shall Sewyers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products.
