Sewyers Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

At Sewyers, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

1. Final Sale Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Incorrect sizing (Please review product dimensions carefully before purchase).

• Incorrect address entry by the customer.

• Wear and tear or damage occurring after the item has been delivered.

• Beaded items, clothing, and accessories.

• Sale items or custom/personalized orders.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and inspect every item before it is packaged. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Reporting Window: You must contact us at support.sewyers@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

• Required Evidence: Your email must include:

1. Clear photos of the damaged item.

2. Photos of the original packaging (box/mailer).

3. A photo of the shipping label.

If your claim is approved:

• You will be required to ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Refund Processing: Refunds (minus original shipping fees) are only issued once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original, unworn condition.

3. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Sewyers is a small, handmade studio and is not responsible for the actions of third-party carriers (Canada Post, USPS, etc.).

• Carrier Liability: Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Sewyers is no longer liable for delays, lost packages, or theft (including "porch piracy").

• Disputes: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

4. Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, failure to pay international customs fees, or failure to collect the package from the post office:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
